UK Delivery Information
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is £5.95 or free when you spend £100 or more (excluding vat). Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 days, although deliveries to postcodes AB, BT, IV, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA34, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-75, PA76 6SP, PA77-78, PH41-44, PH49, ZE and ZE1-3 may take slightly longer.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
Although we offer free UK Standard delivery on purchases over £100 (excluding vat), any optional supplements e.g. next day delivery, timed delivery and Saturday delivery are not free and if applicable we will require payment of any optional supplements selected before dispatching your order.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Subject to your goods being available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse, UK next delivery may be available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. This service will incur an additional charge.
UK next day delivery is not applicable to orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or where delivery is to postcodes AB, BT, IV, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA34, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-75, PA76 6SP, PA77-78, PH41-44, PH49, ZE and ZE1-3.

DO YOU DELIVER TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?
At present we are unable to offer an in-store collection service for orders placed on our website
WHAT IF MY ORDER ALSO INCLUDES EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING?
Orders for embroidered and printed items are classed as ‘specials’ and delivery can take up to 21 days. If you've also ordered non-embroidered/printed items, we will usually deliver these separately however, you will only pay one delivery charge.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
All our items are delivered direct to your door between 8am and 6m, Monday to Friday. If you have selected a Saturday delivery this will normally be delivered between 8am and 5pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
WHAT ABOUT TIMED DELIVERIES?
If you opt for our UK next day delivery service we are able to offer a timed delivery on payment of a supplement. This supplement is in addition to our normal UK next delivery charge:
• Before 9am - £10.00
• Before 10.30am - £7.00
• Before noon - £4.00
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Most of our deliveries are sent via MyHermes, UKMail and the Royal Mail. Where we can we will always use a ‘tracked’ delivery service which enables you to track the progress of your delivery once it has left our warehouse. To help you do this we will normally email you with details of how you can track your order and your unique tracking reference number.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
Our couriers will try to deliver your parcel to you at your door. If you'd like us to leave your delivery with a neighbour please let us know when you place your order (you can tell us in the delivery comment box) and we’ll drop a card through the door to let you know where we've left your parcel.
Please remember that all our deliveries must be signed for.
If you're not in when we arrive with your delivery, we'll leave a card to tell you we've called. We will normally deliver again the next working day. If this isn't convenient for you, just call the number on the card and we'll arrange an alternative delivery day.
Our couriers will usually make two further attempts to deliver your order after which it will be returned to us as undeliverable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO YOU BECAUSE IT IS UNDELIVERABLE?
Occasionally a package will be returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-delivering or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 7 days of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund excluding any delivery charges (including supplements and surcharges), handling charges and any return charges we may be required to pay our couriers as a result of the package being undeliverable.
If you wish to have your order re-delivered you will be required to pay either our UK standard (£5.95) or UK next day (£7.95) delivery charge plus any optional supplements and surcharges irrespective of whether or not your original order qualified for free delivery.
WHY WOULD MY PACKAGE BE RETURNED TO YOU AS UNDELIVERABLE?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
• We received an incorrect delivery address when you placed your order
• Multiple failed delivery attempts (i.e. no-one was home to sign for the delivery)
• Refused by the recipient.
IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU DON'T DELIVER TO IN THE UK?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO and BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion and we will advise you of this before your purchase.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as we can, unfortunately, there are times when an unavoidable situation means your delivery will be delayed. If this is the case we promise we'll always attempt to contact you to let you know if there's a problem.
