Customers in 30 countries can now order and buy our product range online. Below is a list of countries we currently deliver to along with information about estimated delivery times and costs.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Simply browse and shop as you normally would and add any products you wish to purchase to your basket. At the checkout enter your international delivery address and country, the relevant international carriage charge will then be added to your order. If you are happy to proceed follow the payment instructions on screen.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY OR LOCAL TAXES ON MY DELIVERY?
There may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union as our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
For EU Deliveries: The Workwear and Schoolwear Company Ltd is required by law to charge and collect VAT on orders placed through our website for deliveries to the EU. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and for customers with an EU delivery address, UK VAT will be charged.
Please note that in the UK, a number of products are charged at 0% VAT, including children’s clothing and certain safety items including some footwear and head protection.
For Non-EU Deliveries: For deliveries outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer different prices in different countries and we only have one price on our website for all countries. However, as stated in our Terms and Conditions your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
DO YOU OFFER VAT REFUNDS UNDER THE RETAIL EXPORT SCHEME?
As a mail-order company, The Workwear and Schoolwear Company Ltd is unable to participate in this scheme, which reimburses VAT to customers when they purchase goods for personal export outside of the EU.
CAN I CHANGE AND CANCEL ORDERS SET FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be amended once it has been confirmed or cancelled after the checkout stage. However, we do have an International Returns policy so that you can return any unwanted items.
HOW DO I RETURN UNWANTED OR FAULTY ITEMS?
